The group adopts a multi-asset class, multi-strategy investment approach and seeks to achieve its return objectives by investing a substantial portion of its assets in a diversified portfolio of listed and unlisted funds which follow alternative asset management strategies.

We aim to access high-quality, specialist managers investing globally with a bias towards emerging markets and place a priority on the preservation of capital, while seeking to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Risk is managed through rigorous research, portfolio analysis, and due diligence including on-site visits with investment managers and consultation with industry, legal and regulatory advisors.

The group is managed by a small team of experienced investment professionals, who aim to leverage on the Company’s expertise as a leading investment banking institution in the Middle East.

Through the access gained to and the relationships developed with top quality investment managers in public and private equity, the team is able to generate direct and co-investment opportunities that enhance portfolio performance as well as corporate competitiveness through strategic relationships.
